Home Renovation

We chose Nathan to do our first renovation from a selection of three builders as he understood our requirements and budget and we liked his sensible and practical approach. It ended up being the best decision we made in the whole renovation. as we couldn’t fault him in his method, craftsmanship and management of the project.

From the very beginning Nathan impressed us with his friendly can do attitude – nothing was a problem he couldn’t solve (with minimal impact on budget). Being new to the renovation game, Nathan helped us work through some difficult situations with designers, engineers, neighbours and the council. The work he and his team did was first class, particularly the carpentry and his very high regard to the smallest of details was impressive. He went out of his way to work with us, being clear on time frames, necessary changes to scope and budgetary impacts.

Both Nathan and his team were unobtrusive and a delight to have around – important to us as we had a young family.

We have recommended Nathan to a number of our friends who were looking to renovate and we have also asked Nathan for help on our new residence.
